Steps to Register for the AHA Online courses at CPR Ready, LLC:

1. Register new user on the American Heart Association online portal website (below)
2. Once Logged on, pick “Course Catalog”
3. Select the proper online course from the options above (Not sure which one to pick?, call us (269) 808-4836
4. Complete and Pass Part 1 from the American Heart Association at your own pace.
5. Print Certificate of completion with serial number

HeartCode® BLS is an official, self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program from the American Heart Association (AHA). This program uses eSimulation technology to present realistic patient scenarios. Students are presented with 5 BLS cases and an online multiple-choice written exam. While interacting with the program, students assess each patient, formulate a treatment plan based on 2015 BLS guidelines, and provide treatment. Successful completion of Part 1, the cognitive component, and Parts 2 and 3, skills practice and testing with an AHA BLS Instructor is the requirement for obtaining an AHA BLS Healthcare Provider course completion card. The Heartsaver® First Aid Online Course is for businesses and other entities that want to provide first aid training to their employees or designated first-responders. This course presents the cognitive portion (Part 1) online and offers a blended learning solution for organizations that face obstacles implementing classroom-based training.

The Heartsaver® CPR & AED Online Part 1 Course is for businesses and other entities that want to provide CPR and AED training to their employees or designated first-responders. This course presents the cognitive portion online (Part 1) and offers a blended learning solution for organizations that face obstacles implementing traditional classroom-based training. To help students gain confidence in performing skills, Part 1 is combined with a hands-on skills session (Part 2) where students have one-on-one time with an AHA Instructor to practice skills. A skills test (Part 3) with an AHA Instructor ensures skills proficiency. Upon successful completion of all three parts students receive their course completion card.

The Online Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens is a web based, self- directed program that is for anyone with a reasonable chance for occupational exposure to blood or blood-containing material.

Course Details

STEMI Recognized Provider Program

The American Heart Association is pleased to offer a special program to pre-hospital care personnel. Upon completion of the Learn:® Rapid STEMI ID course and applying for CE credits, participants can choose to enroll in this program and will receive a FREE enrollment certificate and lapel pin.

Rhythm Adult is an online, self-directed course that introduces healthcare providers to normal cardiac rhythms and prepares them to recognize basic cardiac arrhythmias in clinical practice. From the course, healthcare providers improve their skill in ECG rhythm recognition, which is a key skill required to successfully determine a patient’s condition, know which algorithm to apply, and provide better patient treatment. This continuing education activity is certified for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and EMT’s/paramedics.

Includes access to all information in the online course for 12 months following activation of the course key.
